Monday = Baseline day = Perform the wall sit for as long as you can…

Tuesday = Aim to get 15s more than Monday.

Wednesday = Aim to get 30s more than Monday.

Thursday = Aim to get 45s more than Monday.
 

Friday = Aim to get 60s more than Monday.

Saturday = Aim to get 90s more than Monday.

Sunday = Aim to get 120s more than Monday.
