This is a Mon – Fri Challenge,

Monday = Run a distance (any distance)

Tuesday = Beat Monday’s distance by at least 500M

Wednesday = Beat Monday’s distance by at least 1K

Thursday = Beat Monday’s distance by at least 1.5K

Friday = Beat Monday’s distance by 2K

I’ll be joining in on this on also squad!
