It’s game on for next week’s challenge!

The Fitness Challenge is here…⬇️

Requirements = 3 x days of additional exercise.

Day 1 (Monday) = Baseline

Day 2 (Wednesday) = Beat Day 1’s Time

Day 3 (Friday) = Beat Day 2’s Time.

The exercise is below – we’re rolling with 2 options depending on how intense you want your week – if you’re unsure just ask here.

Option 1 – 1 Mile Run

Option 2 – 2 Mile Power Walk

On Mon – Wed – Fri at 6 AM there’s going to be a reminder post and then simply on that day action your option.

The goal is to see that progress through the week – but hey – if you don’t no sweat. That’s why it’s a challenge 😉
