This coming week is a 3 part challenge allll focused on increasing movement speed.

You have a choice of 3 movements.
π²30 x Burpees
π²400m x Run
π²1000 x Steps
Monday = perform your movement as quickly as possible and record your time.
Wednesday = perform your movement as quickly as possible aiming to beat Mondayβs time.
Friday = perform your movement as quickly as possible aiming to beat Wednesdayβs time.
There will be a post on Monday – Wednesday – Friday with your reminder and then once completed – head back to that same post with your score (all about the accountability right?)
