Smoothies

Berry one


 Serve 2

½ large ripe avocado

100g frozen raspberries

½ ripe banana

2 teaspoons clear honey

200ml chilled coconut water


Method 

Add the avocado flesh to a high-speed blender, food-processor or liquidiser along with the other ingredients. Whizz until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.


Tropical


 Serve 2

½ large ripe avocado

125g frozen or fresh mango flesh

Juice of ½ lime

250ml coconut milk

1/2 -1 teaspoon honey

2 passion fruit, seeds and pulp scooped out


Method 

Add the avocado flesh to a high-speed blender, food-processor or liquidiser along with the remainder of the ingredients, except the passion fruit. Whizz until smooth. Stir in the passion fruit pulp and seeds, if you like. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.
