Sirloin steak sandwich

Sirloin steak sandwich


Serves 1


Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak
  • 1 small baguette
  • 1 large sliced tomato
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  •  Salt
  • Pepper

Method

1. Heat the frying pan
2. Season meat with a pinch of salt and pepper
3. Massage the olive oil into the steak
4. Fry to your preference
5. Remove from pan and cut into strips
6. Cut the baguette in half
7. Add the steak, tomato and a few lettuce leaves
8. Close sandwich
9. Enjoy!
