Here’s how it’s going to run…

 

Monday = Baseline day = Perform the side plank on both sides for as long as you can…

 

Tuesday = Aim to get 5s more than Monday.

 

Wednesday = Aim to get 10s more than Monday.

 

Thursday = Aim to get 15s more than Monday.
 

Friday = Aim to get 20s more than Monday.

 

Saturday = Aim to get 25s more than Monday.

 

Sunday = Aim to get 30s more than Monday.
