The class has a massive mixture of equipment, one of the things I use in the classes is my zone to track the effort and give everyone the chance to track there workout and enter competitions within the team. Paul is brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and professional but also able to offer great banter. My sessions with him (many 1 hour PT sessions) have always been enjoyable despite my relationship with exercise not being so great prior.
