Oat-Free Porridge
Serves 1
454 calories / 31.5g fat / 11.5g saturates / 32g sugar / trace salt / 9g protein / 6.5g fibre
Ingredients
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon raw honey, melted
1/2 banana
200ml boiling water
15g walnuts, plus extra to serve
Method
- Place all the ingredients except the water, honey and banana in the food processor and blend together to a fine powder.
- Pour the boiling water over the mix and stir to combine.
- Serve in a bowl with honey drizzled on top, a scattering of crushed nuts and freshly sliced banana.
