INGREDIENTS
- 200g frozen berry mix
- 5 tbsp (25g) porridge oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or soya, oat)
- 2 sprigs mint, leaves picked (optional)
- 100g (6 ½ tbsp) fat-free plain yogurt *
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp seeds such as sunflower, flax, pumpkin
- 1 tbsp runny honey (optional) *
Garnish
- a handful of fresh berries of choice

METHOD
- For a chilled smoothie use frozen berries otherwise thaw before using.
- Soak the porridge oats in the milk whilst you prepare the other ingredients.
- If using, pick the mint leaves from the stalks and roughly chop.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. If you prefer a more liquid smoothie add a little extra milk, as desired.
- Garnish with some fresh berries, or any other fresh fruit pieces of choice.
