Green smoothie


Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 Handful of green grapes
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Handful of spinach
  • 1 Handful of mint

Method

  1.  Cut the apple into slices
  2.  Cut the Kiwi in half, peel the skin and slice
  3.  Put all the ingredients in a blender
  4.  Add the spinach, mint & grapes
  5.  Add  250ml of water and blend until smooth
  6.  Serve in a tall glass
  7.  Enjoy!
