What is a giant-set

Giant-set training is similar to compound-set and tri-set training in that multiple exercises are done between sets. The difference is in the number of exercises performed. Giant sets incorporate four or more exercises. Giant sets or tri-sets are a great way to quickly hit any muscle group from a variety of angles. the benefits are similar to those of compound and tri-sets.
