blueberry & blackberry overnight oats

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup oats

2 spoonful’s of full fat Greek yogurt

1 handful of blueberry’s

1 handful of Blackberry’s

coconut milk


method

 

  • Add 1/2 cup oats to the bottom of a  jar.
  • Add in full fat Greek yogurt
  • add in the berrys
  • add in the coconut milk
  • Put the lid on the container, shake everything together, and let it sit overnight
  • in the morning put in a blender and blend for 5/10 seconds
  • pour into a bowl and enjoy
