BERRY, CHIA & MUESLI SMOOTHIE BOWL (V) (VN)*

INGREDIENTS
- 240g frozen berry smoothie mix
- 170ml cashew or hazelnut or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp (30g) low-sugar nutty muesli *
- 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey *
- 1 tbsp (10g) pumpkin seeds
- 70g raspberries
METHOD
- Add the berry mix and cashew nut milk to a stand blender and whizz until smooth.
- Add half the muesli, half the chia seeds and the honey, and blend again. Add to 2 breakfast bowls.
- Garnish with raspberries and pumpkin seeds, and the remaining muesli and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately with an extra drizzle of honey if desired.
