A week of mindfulness with Sabrina 🧘‍♀️
Every day next week we’re going to be doing yoga/breath work.
Now because I know you’re busy – the goal doesn’t NEED to be complete all of them fully.
Even 5 minutes you feel some benefit (and that’s the goal right?) to feel benefits in everything we do and can.
So set your schedule up for next week allowing for 5-30 minutes of mindfulness – let’s go!
(Every morning 6AM we’ll be dropping the mindfulness content for the day)
