Good afternoon folks!

Incoming challenge next week… 🚀

“The Sixty Second Squats”

It’s nice and simple.

Perform as many bodyweight squats as you can in 60 seconds.

Remember to maintain perfect form. I don’t want form slipping for the sake of extra reps to an extra edge 😉

The goal every day from here is to “try” and beat the score by at least one.

Will drop an accountability image at 8PM every day for you to check in with your squat score!
