The 150+ Step Challenge!

 

TOMORROW is baseline day, which means whatever steps you get is your starting point, then from here we are going to increase by 150 per day from that score (Holy sh*t is correct)

So, for example, if Monday you get 10,000

Tuesday you’d be aiming for 10,150

Wednesday you’d be aiming for 10,300

But remember, this is all about accountability. Don’t kick yourself if you don’t always hit it.

There’s going to be an accountability post at 8 pm for this every day.
