Gluten-free bread with avocado and smoked salmon


Ingredients

2 slices gluten-free bread

100g smoked salmon

1 avocado, halved & sliced

black pepper

1 lemon, quartered


Method

  • toast the bread slices and serve with the smoked salmon, avocado slices, black pepper and lemon wedges.
