SUNDAY

How many steps can you do in 30 minutes…

 

How it’s going to flow:

 

Monday you’re going to set your baseline.

 

Then EVERY day from here, the goal is to beat the previous day’s score (Even if it’s just one step)

 

So Monday could be 3000 steps.

 

Tuesday 3001.

 

Wednesday 3002.

 

Thursday 3010.

 

Etc

 

The accountability post for this challenge will be at 6 pm every day for you to post your steps
